It is now past time for your dues to be in for the 2023 fiscal year. At this point your dues are considered late. You can still pay and remain a member, but in addition to the $75 annual fee you also need to include a $25 late fee. You can pay either via check to the address below or utilize our online Cheddar app to pay with a credit card or direct account transfer. No cash please. When using the Cheddar App you will be asked to sign the annual liability waiver as well. You have until the November monthly meeting on Nov. 1 to pay your dues. Any member who has not paid their dues by this time will be considered as dropped from the club and get back in the que with any existing waiting list.

“ARTICLE III MEMBERSHIP
Section 1 Any citizen of the United States of suitable character who is sixteen years of age, and sponsored by one member in good standings, may file a written application on a form provided by the Membership Committee. The applicant may be voted into membership by a majority of members at a monthly membership meeting. Also all prospective members, with the exception of anyone that cannot be present due to an active duty serving in the armed forces, shall be introduced in person to members present at a general meeting by his or her sponsor prior to be voted in. All new members will have a 90 day probation period. A non-refundable initiation fee shall accompany all applications for membership. All members shall receive an ID card key of access to the club. Section 3 The dues of each member shall be $75.00 per year, to be paid on or before the October annual meeting. A grace period will be dues paid by the October Board meeting if not paid by the October Board meeting a $25.00 fee will be assessed and the total cost of the members dues will be $100.00. If the members dues are not paid by the November meeting your membership will be dropped. ARTICLE V MEETINGS Section 2 Membership meetings of the club shall be held on the first Tuesday of each month at the club house or place as the Executive committee my designate. The Board of Directors meetings will be the third Tuesday of each month at the club house or place as the executive committee my designate. Unless bad weather or falls on a holiday the membership meeting and board meeting will be held on the next Tuesday. Members will be notified by email if bad weather. ARTICLE VII FINANCES The Treasurer shall be authorized to pay, not to exceed $500.00 (changed from $250.00) in one instance, other than operating expenses, on the order of the President to cover emergencies arising between meetings where there is not the opportunity for the membership to act. In the event that it becomes necessary to sell, lease or transfer in title, property or portion thereof, considered as owned by The Fish House Fish and Game Club, a 2/3rds vote of the members in good standing shall be required for its approval. The President and Treasurer are required to sign any documentation to obtain club financing. Operation of the club will be based on a member approved, annual budget which includes operation, reserve, and capital improvement funds.” The bylaw committee reviewed the club's bylaws and made change recommendations to the board. The board reviewed and approved the changes. The recommended changes will be presented to the membership for approval at the October membership meeting. Below are two files.
