The bylaw committee reviewed the club's bylaws and made change recommendations to the board. The board reviewed and approved the changes. The recommended changes will be presented to the membership for approval at the October membership meeting. Below are two files. One shows the recommended changes identified in red font. The other shows the changes incorporated. Please review for voting at the October meeting.
